Does any body have a wood floor guy they would recommend in the Fayetteville area? I have some minor peeling and flaking that needs to be looked into.

Alex, two of the homes, NC and Kansas came with my wife. I had had the third one here in Washington. 

Melissa, we're looking for duplex, tri or fourplex. I've been looking in the Eugene area for a potential BRRRR project. My office is located there and I spend a small amount of time down there. It's just one of the locations I'm looking at.

Good morning Brian. We're spread across the country with properties. One in North Carolina. One in Kansas and the other is here in Washington state. The town of Buckley to be exact. 

Greetings everyone. I've been lurking here for a few months reading old posts and catching up on all the podcasts. I'm glad to have been pointed to this website. The knowledge gained so far has been immense. 

My wife and I currently have 3 sfr homes. We're looking to build up and branch out into multi family homes from here on out. 

I'm looking forward to getting out there and meeting so like minded people.
