Hi there,

i am about to buy my first (small) apartment building. I already do have 4 residential units that i bought via a realtor, so i know what to look out for in general.

This time i dont have a realtor (or broker) and i potentially would like to avoid paying one. I do plan to get an inspection on the building but here are my additional questions:

- Should i get a broker

- Should i get a real estate attorney

- Do i have the right to look inside every unit (only 4) before i buy (100% occupancy)

What else am i missing?
