What do you think about doing wholesaling in a college town (Bloomington, Indiana) that has no real estate club? My concern is that since there is no real estate club, I don't know where to meet a lot of potential buyers. Also, because it's a college town, I'm afraid the demand for houses there are way too high that it will be very hard for me to find houses that will work for wholesaling. Is that just my imagination at work?
