Hi everyone! I am looking to buy a rental property in the Jacksonville/Mayport area with the intention of house hacking. I am in the Navy and will have to deploy for extended periods of time, so I need to look for a property manager for that reason. I have heard that finding a property management company for house hacking is very difficult. Has anyone else experienced this or have any advice for me? This would be my first rental property so any advice is greatly appreciated.
