@Stephen Brown that would be amazing! So basically it would be a mutual 50/50 ? They are the invested as I would find the deal , manage the property?
If you could give me some situations on how that would work ideally I would greatly appreciate it!

Currently just left my job in Michigan to move back to Ohio and now getting a loan is going to be a little harder then I thought. Any suggestions i should do for getting my next rental without getting loan ?

I've been doing a lot of research but can't seem to find what a private lender and someone starting out would have mutually benefiting to each other? If someone gives me the cash to invest in a multi living home and we split the cash flow 50/50. I get I will be managing the property but how does the lender benefit with putting all that money out there with me not putting cash up ? Any answer/ guidance would be greatly appreciated.
