Hello, Where are the discussions on Notes?  I saw nothing in forums.  Thanks.  Thank you for the suggestion.  FB is not my fav, they are neither professional nor private.  They also memorialized my account when I protested them not memorializing my mother's or my uncle's who have both passed away.  Fortunately for me, I haven't yet.

Thanks for the responses. I definitely prefer to be an asset and not the kind of small business person that doesn't enrich or contribute. I'm inexperienced in most areas people seem to be a part of in BP rehabbing, flipping, deal analysis, BRRRR. I could possibly offer content on what NOT to do in some situations, including syndications.... Thank you.

I'm a RE investor & recently entered NOTE Investing as a Business.  Is BP Pro an effective and/or appropriate way to find Buyers and Sellers?  Forums?  Classifieds?  Welcoming your suggestions, thoughts comments; and thank you in advance!  I've been a Pro member for several years, but am coming up on renewal and have changed direction to Notes.  Is Pro an advantage in this situation?  Thanks, SK
