Hey there. New to the BP community. Would love to know what groups there are in the DFW area - especially on the east side of Dallas (Mesquite, Garland, Rowlett, Rockwall). 

Excited to be a part of the BP community! I've had my hand in Real Estate since 1999... although I'm just now actively starting to invest on my own. 

I'm starting the process of looking for a vetted real estate attorney in Dallas, TX. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I am in the process of moving towards the "online payment option" as well, and have recognized that unless the vast majority of connection with the tenant is digital, then they are less likely to do the same (i.e. pay).
