Many thanks for the quick feedback! Leaving the quit claim aside: does quiet title only require me to clear up the liens directly against the property, or does it also require me to clear up any personal judgments against me?

I am in a dispute with a buyer of a property. I previously held the deed in my name. I was ordered by a judge to provide a quitclaim deed (which I did) and "quiet title." My position is that "quiet title" just means that I remove all liens against the property itself. However, the other party's position is that "quiet title" means that I also have to remove all other personal judgments against me that come up in a title search (including liens and claims on other properties, etc.). Who is right?
