Hi Abby,

I am an agent in Maryland too. I know of some land that is in PG County, would they consider that location? Also, how many acres are they looking for?

Hi Johanna,

I understand your position. I think it's perfectly acceptable to do what you plan to, if your broker is knowledgeable and in agreement with you wholesaling/investing altogether. I joined a brokerage that encourages real estate investments, and is having an investor meeting on wholesaling the first Monday in February.

Prior to selecting a brokerage, I asked the manager how they felt about creative financing and my solicitation of efforts with those that would utilize such. If they frowned on it, then I wouldn't bite, if they seemed to favor the concept, then I would go ahead and look into working with them.

I hope the best for your real estate endeavors. I hope I answered your question.

Best Regards and Blessings,

Stephanie Dobbs

Hi Lidia,

Welcome to BP! I hope you are learning a lot, and a lot has been said, especially by @russell brazil. I consider him an expert in our area, because he knows the market like the back of his hand. I have a couple of opportunities that may be worth looking at, as both involve multiple properties. One was viewed by Mr. Brazil himself and he gave adequate feedback to the information acknowledged.

Hi AJ, I have some homes you may want to view, but I'm not sure if they'll all support your fix and flip model. If you send me your information, I could definitely serve as a bird dog for your investment property.

I'd be happy to help.

Best Regards,

I agree with Carson, It's way too risky to do it any other way.

Hi Michael,

You are so wise to pose this request! What you all may want to do is attend the Greenbelt meetup (Held the first Monday of the month) at Exit Bennett Realty. The owner of the real estate brokerage does fix and flips as well as buy and holds, his name is Greg Bennett. He's very approachable and probably wouldn't mind someone shadowing him. I'll be at the next meeting, so I hope to see you all there (especially Claire since you live in the area)! To find the information on meetup.com, it's Prince Georges Real Estate Investment Club (I think).

Regards,
