The property manager is Allan Allen Co who owns by Troy Berry. Do you know this company? Do you have any experience of them or know anyone who does?

Hello thank you very much for a very quick response. The property we are buying is a duplex on the street Fougeron Street. I think it is hard to understand if its a ok area or not. I have understood by talking to a person on SIG who has also invested in Buffalo and seems to know the area well that the south side is the bad side but the street is quite good anyway. It was close to a park that had been updated. Can you tell me your opinion of the street?

We are about to buy our first duplex in Buffalo. We are buing thru a swedish company called svenska investerings gruppen SIG (Swedish investment group). We will be renting out to section 8 users. We will get help of a property managers who costs 10 %.

I would love to hear some experience about Buffalo, section 8 and SIG.

I am new here but feel like this site fells realy good and i have big hopes for meeting people who share our interest.
