 Any ideas on appliance wholesalers?  I usually buy scratch and dent or previously owned.  My last guy had a huge warehouse full of appliances at great prices.  I'm hoping to find the magical cave of refrigerators up here...

If you go to Heeby's, bring cash or checkbook - they don't take cards. Visit the website in advance to check out inventory available, and call to confirm it is in stock before making that drive. IIRC they do not take returns, so be sure size and look are what you want. 

For cabinets, I use Alex at Kitchen Search / House Possible. He has the RTA stuff, and he will deliver it flat or assembled; you pay a bit extra for delivery and for assembly. Tell Alex I sent you. Alex also has a granite supplier for counters.
