Habitat for humanity has some good pre owned stuff.

For cabinets, I use Alex at Kitchen Search / House Possible. He has the RTA stuff, and he will deliver it flat or assembled; you pay a bit extra for delivery and for assembly. Tell Alex I sent you. Alex also has a granite supplier for counters. 

 I always pay with cards at Heeby's, never had a problem
