@Ned Carey I was very surprised by how high the bids were and the competitiveness of the sale.  I was able to secure one nice property, but  was hoping to get two.   I look forward to next year's sale and plan to be more prepared.

@Ned Carey Re: Baltimore... How do you evaluate which tax lien properties to bid on?  Also, what is a good rule of thumb for determining a bid amount?
