Well... my background is mainly in the healthcare industry... mostly on the Business Side of it.... but I really have been looking for a change of pace.... there is a lot of opportunity and money in RE which has really caught my attention...

I have been trying to network a lot trying to talk to people that I know I will need... I do have some contacts already- like carpet, tile, landscaping and one the guys that works with me is also a Realtor--

I think I might be ready for my first flip so I have been looking to find a great deal... like you all might know, I am kind of nervous and scared. But cant wait to get my first deal under my belt... :D

I just wanted to intoduce my self and say hello. I live in Missouri City, Tx and have been reading a whole lot from this site for the last week... I have been reading as much as possible and hope to get started with my first Flip.... :D -- Any help that I can get from the experts is greatly appreciated...
