I am looking for an analysis tool that I can also use to package an offering to investors, that includes the simplified details of the project to present to my potential investors. I understand such a tool may not exist, but I may need to combine 1 or 2 together for my desired product, and that's okay. I'm just checking if something like what I am seeking may be available, or a recommendation. 

Does anyone know of or have a GREAT recommendation for a multifamily property analyzer spreadsheet or other software, that will also accommodate deal packaging for syndication? A recommendation from a current user would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I've enrolled in the Mastering Multifamily Bootcamp back in November. However, I've had NO communication concerning this bootcamp, that's supposed to start tomorrow. What is going on with this and how will I be able to participate in the bootcamp?

Hope it goes well for you Jay! I know the risk and the feeling of potential loss. I felt it between 2006-2011 with a $5.2M residential and commercial land development deal that only the attorneys made money on. The project came to a halt. Yet there is still opportunity to recoup something from it. Your deal has some similarities, and it's not crazy, or we both are! Go big or stay at home!
