Hi Nicole,

Basically my girlfriend and I are looking to get started investing in Real Estate and we're looking for the best option. We were thinking about getting a multi family with 2-3 units and occupying one while we rent the others out, living rent free. Thoughts? Or would you do anything different?

I've been living in nice 1BR apartment with my girlfriend for the past year. This April, my lease is coming up and I have little to no money saved up. If you were in my shoes, what would you do?

Hi BiggerPockets,

I'm preparing to drop my first 1,000 postcards to absentee owners with 91-100% equity in my area. I just want to take action and pray that everything works out. I don't have a buyers list, nor do I have an assignment contract. What would BP do? Any and all advice welcome.
