I live in mcalester. I am a FedEx driver and I know all of the counties and roads within a 100 mile radius. I actually see a lot of property.

I'm a new investor from southeast ok. I have two kids and a wife. I am currently working on my first buy and hold. Single family foreclosure. I submitting an offer tomorrow. I am super excited and have learned a lot from the podcasts. I tho k they r awesome.
