For those that have investments with RealtyShares, has anyone received their 2018 K-1s yet?
We were told early in the year that they would be delayed past the April 15th filing deadline, but it’s the end of May and I haven’t received mine yet.
My emails to Realty Share have gone unanswered.

Curious about those who are in a syndication where the monthly/quarterly cash flow payments are being deferred. How do you know or calculate how much money you'll be paid at a later date?

Marcus Nickson like others have posted, go to Meetup and search for meeting. Here in the metroplex, they're all over the place on different days of the week.

I did a seller financing/wrap mortgage before. All was good until the new owner stopped making his payments after a couple of years. Fortunately, he gave me the house back as a "deed in lieu of foreclosure". Unfortunately, I still had to make the payments on my mortgage; so negative cash flow for a couple of months.
Also on the negative side--All the maintenance that I no longer had to worry about because I was no longer a landlord; I had to fix everything up after they moved out.
So as long as the new owners make their payments, it's a wonderful/beautiful process. Once they stop, it's just as costly as an eviction, with a slightly lengthier process.

I've looked at six different companies and the fees are all over the place. The cheapest so far is Sunwest Trust. Their annual fee is $225 regardless of the number of assets. Their application fee is $50.
Am I getting too concerned about the fee price? Is there a customer service aspect that I need to pay attention to that warrants paying higher annual fees?
Has anyone had dealings with Sunwest Trust?
TIA
