Fair enough.. My experience with earlier companies has been that after all the email back and forth, there usually is a document to be physically signed and mailed/electronically signed, which conclusively binds all parties.

The agreement I empower them to get into lease but needs my approval on any new lease regarding rent, terms etc.

>>The OWNER retains the right to make all the management decisions regarding establishing parameters for new tenants.

The new rental rate, has not been provided in writing to me, for my signature. I had initially accepted (in an email, not a signed document), and the management had sent acceptance to the potential tenant. In the mean time, I was waiting for a DocuSign or some kind of electronic/physical signature from both parties AND the management firm, that never came.

I changed my mind, and updated the management company not to go with the lease, and they say "too late, we already signed".

What really is my issue is, I had expected this company to find me a rental many months ago, they sat on it and did nothing, now that we are heading into spring, I don't want to lease the property out anymore

I have signed an agreement with a Property management firm to rent my home out. I signed an agreement with them on general terms, but haven't signed a document that specifies rent and lease terms. Now the management company found a tenant, and signed a lease with him, without showing me the documents or the terms. I don't have a document that tells me what the rental amount is. I am asking them to back off from the deal and Management is asking me to talk to their legal counsel, they won't back off. What are my rights, given that I haven't signed a two party deal involving the potential tenant and myself.
