Hey all,

My name is Seth Switzer and I'm pretty new to real estate investing but I am a long time BP forum reader, podcast listener and Plus member. I have been lurking in the shadows for awhile but felt it was time to get out there.

I am a Kentucky native, a husband and father of one 4 year old boy. We currently "house hack" a duplex in Lexington, KY with plans to buy our next property within the next 6-8 months. I'm excited to meet some local like minded folks to build partnerships with.
