Hi,

We have our primary residence in Texas, own an 2nd Home property in FL that we STR with an LLC to operate; and are purchasing a 4plex in Louisiana.

While we are actively working on our personal trust... I'm trying to figure out how to set up my 4plex legally to protect our assets and also keep track of each property.   

We are considering the following:

- TX Series LLC and put the Louisiana 4Plex under it

- Land Trust- and put the LLCs under that

Any direction would be helpful-- thanks
