Hello,

   I'm a wholesale investor and I'm looking for skip tracing services that will skip trace leads with less than a minimum of 250. I normally use REISkip for anything over 250 however when I drive for dollars, I may get about 50 leads which needs to be skip traced. Do anyone know of any companies that provide this service with fewer leads to capture. I'm struggling with finding one with RELIABLE results.

Do anyone know of any title companies that handle assignment contracts in the Chicago area? I’m in the process of one now and need a title company whose familiar with these type of contracts.
