@Jesse T. I have my own inventory of furniture and accessories that I use for vacant spaces. In occupied spaces, I will reuse the homeowners pieces if they show well by rearranging, removing and replacing where needed. I also offer package pricing so the client has options that work with their budgets.

I wanted to share a picture of the 750 sf condo in Reston I staged last week. ( I charge 1% of the listing price for 60 days on the market)
