Hey BP members. After filing for the EIN under corporation status my team and I would like to change our status from corporation to s corp l. To do so we are aware that you must print and fill out form 2553 election of a corp. We have a question. Part 4, subsections P, Q, R of which you must choose one of the three. We aren't sure which one to choose. Can anyone be of assistance?

Hey BP members. I would like to create a website but as a new investor with no deals under my belt, I'm struggling to find out what to include on the website. More experienced investors have pictures of finished projects on their sites. What can I include on my page to get me started as far as my online presence is concerned?

Hey BP members. My team and I want to put out a mailer but are having trouble with the language that the mailer should include. We aren't to sure on what to say because we want to make sure we do the best we can being that this is our first mailer. We have drafted up a few brief letters but are indecisive. They typically included that we are interested in buying your house, we have a team that can help us close the transaction within set amount of days, our contact information, introducing ourselves and our location we work out of, and a statement that indicates we are only looking for a few days so please contact us now. What should we do?
Andrew Michael we are trying to target home ms that haven't hit the market yet. For example, we go to visit a certain vacant property but would like to inquire about the property next to it although it is occupied by an owner.
Andrew and Brian thank you for the response. I will think about those points you guys made.
Thanks for the response nick. I appreciate it sir.

My team and I are looking to draft a letter to current home owners looking to engage them into a discussion concerning buying their property. We look to post these signs up on the front door of the home. Does anyone have an idea about how we should go about drafting this letter and what should be included? I'm pretty sure its more than just saying "hey we saw your house and are interested in buying it. Please give us a call". How do I express in words urgency and a time frame for wanting to get a deal done? What else needs to be included? How long should it be? Should it be brief or a bit more personal?

John, Thanks for responding. Is it possible you can share some insight as to what strategies you first used when you started your journey?

New to real estate investing. Would like to get feedback on possible ways to generate leads for finding property to buy. Are there any creative ideas that I could use that people don't normally speak of that may help with creating more leads?
