Hello, I am a newer investor in the DFW area with only one property in my portfolio. My current investment is out of state. However, I am looking to invest locally in the DFW area.
I don’t know any good bankers in the area. My with previous deal, I had connections with a local bank in that area so I was able to get a really good financing deal of 0% down.

I would like to get some idea of my local options.
Does anyone know of any local bankers in the DFW area who currently require 15% or lower for down payments on investments?

Hello Bigger Pockets!

I am new to real estate investing and I am in the DFW, TX area. I am currently working on my first deal.

Do any of you know of any good CPAs for business/real estate investing in the DFW, TX area? I just want to be prepared for next tax season.

Any advice is appreciated!

Thank you.
