@AJ Exner I'm thinking about doing a fix and flip for my first to generate a nest egg and then either continue down that path or try some with the BRRR method/ Buy and Hold. How do you feel about the area south of downtown Little Rock?

I have helped quite a few investors acquire around 110 buy and hold rentals in Little Rock and we have had great success north of the river in that triangle of North Little Rock, Conway and Cabot. I wouldn't shy away from areas like Ward and Searcy either as they're great locations. Around downtown is a little more street by street specific but we've had a lot of success in Bryant and Benton as well. Feel free to reach out if you need any references, I'd be happy to assist. Thank you for the insight! I have located a potential actually down near south end a little south of downtown Little Rock wanted to hear ur feedback about that area just east of the fairgrounds?

Hello Everyone,

I am fairly new to real estate investing and am looking to buy my first investment property in the Little Rock area with a partner located in Arkansas. I am located in California and want to start in a market that is cheaper compared to California. I either want to do a fix and flip under my LLC or an investment property to buy and hold. I wanted some input as to good areas to look in and hear how some of your properties did whether they be a fix and flip or rental property!
