Hello, 

My name is Tyler. I live and work in the DFW metroplex of Texas. I own Starsacpes F/X of DFW; I paint cosmic murals on ceilings. During the day the ceiling looks normal, but at night when you turn out the lights it is as if the ceiling has been removed and you are staring at the night sky. You see shooting stars, constellations, the milky way and thousands of more stars all night long. 

I joined BiggerPockets to connect with real estate investors in my area, to offer those who would like to add the special feature of a Starscapes Mural to their properties. In one of Grant Cardone's books he talks about offering your customers something that your competitors don't have in order to dominate your market. Imagine walking your client through the house in the evening and surprising them with the night sky right in their new bedroom.
