I am brand new and want to know what you guys use to find deals. Is Zillow an acceptable website to find houses for sale? Any suggestions or advice you can give will be appreciated. Thanks!

Not relevant to your real estate question but google "Roth Conversion Ladder" if you want to tap into your 401k early. It's essentially converting traditional contributions into Roth conversions and then being able to withdraw them after 5 years. Using this strategy could change your real estate strategy.

@Matthew Hui I have invested in all of them.  The only one I have gotten returns on so far are the growth (8%) and income (10%).  I have only been invested since April however, and I think they are designed to produce bigger returns down the line.

I have been in Fundrise eREITs for about 6 months now. I love their transparency, customer service and ingenuity. The returns have not been great so far, but most of the eREITs are in the ramping up mode. Feel free to ask me any other questions you may have.
