Thanks everybody for the replies! I have a new question however: How and where do I find a good mentor that would actually be willing to spend their time helping me?

I am currently 17 years old and live in Sweden and I am thinking about going to college. NOTE: In Sweden students get paid to go to college. I wonder if there would be a very efficient way for me learn Real Estate investing and get a good understanding of it by becoming a specific profession, for example Real Estate agent? Would there be a reason to not go to college and learn even more efficiently? Anyone that has some experience in this please give some tips.
