Can you comment on your services managing the property? The home upkeep and maintenance? From the listing it sounds like its only guest management?

Hey Roman, 

I had the same problem until we found Revnest.com

You're right though, its only random facebook groups or traditional MLS listings. But the MLS doesn't have the right features other than "agent remarks" to really showcase the revenue projections.

Revnest is working to solve this problem, let me know your thoughts!

While searching and analyzing homes that would make for good short term rentals I've started to see many people sell their existing rentals.
Amazing homes that come furnished and instead of "projections", these sellers have actual historical data on how the home performed.
But I've been finding these homes on private brokerage email lists and social media. Even agents will post these on social because MLS and Zillow haven't created the functionality to show details you'd find on commercial listing sites.

Hey Christine, 

I have a couple names for you!

Jessica Colligan and Darrion Butler. 
They're both great agents for investor clients and Darrion even teaches a house flipping class. He does about 15 of his own deals a year. 
And they're friends with each other so call them both! 

I'm a short-term rental owner/manager (21 doors) in the area and they've both been great to work with!
