Hey BP family, does anyone work with any good PM's that are North of Columbus, OH in the Mansfield area? I normally invest in the Columbus and Dayton area, but may have found a few possible opportunities up that way. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

@David Young what zip codes are your rentals in if you dont mind me asking? Also, are you working with a PM in the Lima area? I'm stationed in GA, but I'm from Ohio so I would need a PM for that area.

I know this is an old post, but I’m considering buying a property in Lima. How close are the actual rents to what is says the rent are when using the BP rental calculator?
