Good afternoon,

I am currently in the need of foundation repair for my primary home in Houston and have narrowed it to two companies. Not sure who to go with and the reviews are not as helpful as I'd like. So, my BP folks if you have done business with these two companies and like to chime in with a review, I'd appreciate it. Also, if you have any suggested foundation companies you've done business with, and they've done you right I'd be happy to give them a call as well. Please see below the two companies discussed:

I am in need of a foundation company in the Houston area for my primary residence. Does anyone have any foundation companies they'd like to suggest? I'd appreciate it. I'm trying to get my foundation fixed with the next 1-3 weeks.

Does anyone know of any property managers in the Corpus Christi area here in Texas?

Hello BP community, I’ve just recently signed up as a “pro” member and wanted to introduce myself to this awesome community. My name is Stefon J Williams and I found this community via a real estate (Employed Millionaire) program I’ve been a part of since March.

I am teacher and just started on my investing journey, all in the pursuit of financial freedom. I'm at a point now were doing the 9-5 till I'm in my 60s to reach financial freedom is a no go. My goal this year is to buy 2-3 properties (preferably via JVs) using a HELOC and scale up year to year from there. The properties I intend to buy this year are buy and hold rentals for cash flow; specifically, I am interested in single-family (under 200K) up to a 4plex (under 400K).

Like many of you, this is a step in the right direction and I’m looking forward to educating myself and getting to meet like-minded individuals. I’m still green but hungry and motivated to gain knowledge and put it into action. Any and all advice is welcomed. I look forward to building new relationships through the BP community, good look to everyone on their journey!!!
