Hey BiggerPockets community,

I’m putting a feeler out to connect with private lenders, debt funds, or family offices interested in funding upcoming development projects in Connecticut.

I’m currently working directly with local municipalities on public-private initiatives aimed at solving housing challenges through strategic development. These are projects the cities want built, and I’m aligned with their goals, giving me a strong position in terms of permitting and community support.

My background is in luxury residential development, but I’ve recently shifted my focus toward larger-scale multifamily and mixed-use projects, leveraging private capital and long-term public alignment. I’m not looking for one-off lenders, I’m looking to build ongoing relationships with capital partners who see the opportunity in scaling with city-backed development.

If you represent a fund or family office (or know someone who does) and are open to discussing pipeline access, let’s talk.

Happy to share my experience, past projects, and pipeline details with serious inquiries.
