I'm looking for a recommendation for a great CPA who focuses on real estate in Missouri. We live in Hawaii, and are investing in our first multi-family unit in the Kansas City area. We will eventually move back to Missouri, so we'd like to have a CPA located in Missouri. We'd like to discuss setting up a legal entity with a CPA before the sale closes, if possible (our offer was just accepted, pending inspections).
