Sean Blomquist I haven't had much luck finding a realtor that is in agreement and willing to put in as many offers as I want. I'd much rather use a template and send them off than hassle with someone that supposedly wants my business.

Hello,
In Minnesota, are you required to submit offers via an agent only? If possible/legal I would like to remove them from this part of the process to reserve their time for other tasks.
