Good morning, as a new wholesaler, I am doing my due diligence of gather data before I start speaking with sellers. I am seeking any experienced wholesaler in my area if they have any known investor friendly title companies and known buyers in the Anderson/Greenville South Carolina area. I do not have Instagram or Facebook yet which I know I can do some research on those platforms. Anyone have any leads?

Hello, I am a new wholesale agent located in the upstate. Currently I do have a real estate license but have not joined any associations or have access to the MLS. I was wondering if there is any experienced wholesale agents that would be willing to mentor me in learning the business and who the contacts are to assign contracts to investors. A do have a potential lead in a home that I think would be perfect for an investor but really do not understand the process of wholesaling. I have been watching videos and listening to podcasts but gaining insight from someone actually conducting the business would be beneficial. Could talk about a mentorship fee as well. Please advise.
