Thanks for the welcome aboard Joseph. I will keep you updated as to how relocating is going. I'm currently looking for an investor on a property that I intend to move into. Need to pay rent to someone might as well be on a house I renovate myself. I've found some potential property and will continue looking.

I am a 17 year veteran who has a goal to relocate to the triad area of North Carolina. The state that claims to be the most friendly veteran state in the country. I have family who has lived in Jamestown for over 20 years and are successful business owners. I visit when I can and have always enjoyed the state and the opportunities it offers.

Rocky 25 year marriage that ended in divorce created a poor financial situation and seriously damaged my credit. 

I have service connected disability compensation but in no way does it hinder me! It's time for me to get back up after being knocked down and start over. 

I want to use my skills and knowledge I have acquired over the last 20 years in construction, renovating, and property management to build my own financial success story....not watch as I build others! 

I'm excited to start a new chapter but I need help, guidance, and opportunities and I believe this is the place I can find it!
