About to accept an offer on a house first time investor here seller requesting a lease back for about 6 months...any recommendations on how i can handle or set up a lease agreement myself before i get a prop manager involved...or should i set up with a prop manager from the get go?

The requested lease back is to help seller finalize things with his current move out of state...and to help close the deal at a lower sale price... a compromise.. market rent goes for 2000. Lease back at 1500.

Figure it will cover my expenses...and give me time to find a new tenant... with little to no vacancy period.

Tips? Any advice is highly appreciated...

Thanks in advance

Post: HELOC’s for BRRRR Strategy...

Hey guys

I’m based in NYC, currently house-hacking my own home...looking to buy my first (of many, hopefully) investment property.

I would ideally love to stay local and buy in NY but the prices are just too high for me right now. So I’m looking out of state.

My question is regarding HELOC...

Should I use a Heloc from my own home to then go BRRRR an investment property.? What's the best way to do this? Or is there a better way that I'm missing?

Thanks in advance!

Steve

First time poster and first timer investing here....what are your thoughts on buy and holding mobile/manufactured homes? Trying to get my feet wet and stumbled across few of these properties.

Main goal is to establish a portfolio of rental properties that will cash flow (rental income)

Good ideA? Bad idea?

Thanks in advance
