Hello! I'm also just starting in investments here in San Antonio. I been a realtor for two and a half years now but working in property management. It can be a bit intimidating, but also very interesting at the same time. Just make sure you surround yourself with like minded individuals to help you learn and grow. I've also heard BiggerPockets is a great way to network.

Hi Jack! It seems that you would need a Holdover notice.

Thanks for the reply Stephen.
They have moved everything from the office and looks as they are planing on leaving the structures in place and not fixing the damage to the ground. The structures have no value to me.
Hi Jack!

You are correct! I might have missed something. The way we handle this is with a final walk-through. We hold them accountable for anything left that needs to be removed, itemize it and take from the deposit. If it is not enough, we send a bill and ask for payment. If they refuse, it goes in their credit.
