@Mitchell Litam  Yes, I am new to both RE (as in Zero experience) and the calculators (This is around the third time I've used them, in general). Thank you for your response about the area/market, definitely something to consider.

I'm curious, what do you mean by "what you can provide to your potential partner?"

Hello All, 

This is my first time using the rental calculator here. I have a Cleveland OH area triplex analysis and would consider partnering with someone who has the cash to purchase. However, I'm interested in how more experienced members would do/say. Does anyone know this market and whether the entered info would make for a good/bad presentation to a potential investor (not sure, but does this qualify as a BRRRR deal?)
