@Will Fraser appreciate it Will. Thank you!

Hey BP,

I wanted to know where can I go to learn how to determine renovation cost to a property? As a wholesaler that’s obviously one of the huge factors in preparing your offers/deals and I want to know if there’s any guides, books, or videos, that you guys know that you may want to pass on?

I hope everyone is achieving their goals in 2020!

Thank you,

Stephen

Hey BP family,

I wanted to gain insight on how do you submit an offer via email particularly submitting your offer to a agent? What all should be included? What do you say in the email to where the agent understands your position on why your offer is below asking?

If someone could display an example of offer they sent via email or have a template that will be of much help.

Thank you

I've come across a property in the MLS that is listed as a short sale. Knowing what a short sale is, I wanted to ask you guys (bigger pockets) can you still wholesale a short sale listed property? Is there anything different from wholesaling a regular property?
