I need to know how to access comps in my area. I know some are available on Zillow/Trulia/etc., but I'm interested to know if those lists are complete or not.

Assuming they are not complete, where is a place I can typically find a complete list (including Actives, Pendings, & Sold)?

I am new to Real Estate Investing and am starting out in St. Charles County and/or St. Louis County.

I am curious, what are the typical closing costs that I can expect when performing deals in this area?
