 Thank you for your insight. That was exactly  what I was looking for. I was almost ready to invest into a guru's note school. Probably saved me alot of time and money. Think I will do alot more research on my own. Was looking at doing it on my own and it looks like I have a long way to go. Thanks again.

Has anybody on BP had any luck with transferring from flipping houses to flipping and holding notes. Seems like the next step for me since shorts sales and REO has dried up. Any opinions on this subject would be appreciated.
