Also a student at FGCU now, crazy to think those prices were just on the market back then and that close to the school compared to what they are now!

Just from my understanding, prices in Lehigh right now are pretty high for both SFR's and duplexes. My advice would be to really search for a good deal rather than picking one up just because you can currently afford it. Good luck and be sure to post back when the deal is finished!
