Hello to the bigger pockets community in and around Baltimore, Maryland
I hope everyone is doing well. After being a bigger pockets member for a few years now and listening to all of the podcasts and reading lots of articles, I am finally getting around to using bigger pockets to network with local real estate professionals. My name is Steven Amenta, I am an attorney and real estate investor living in Northeast Baltimore County, Maryland. I am currently trying to market as much as I can in order to find as many motivated sellers with equity as I can in nice areas to wholesale. I am looking to connect with local like minded real estate investors such as wholesalers, fix & flip investors, and buy & hold investors. It would also be great to connect with some local hard money lenders, private investors, settlement and title professionals, re agents, property managers and contractors.
