Purchased 2nd property in the Charleston, SC market. Appraisal value was $360K. Adding to rental portfolio out of state. Working with a great team onsite in Charleston.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

There is an influx of good jobs coming to this area. Outstanding place to invest outside of CA.

Worked with my local realtor team onsite in Charleston.

The place is turnkey, just improved the landscaping a bit.

you are exactly right my friend - wine country is open to short term rentals - looking for 2 more properties in that area

 Hi Mel - operating in 90026 and 91364 - moving out of LA to areas more business friendly - so far Riverside county has been much better in that regard.

@Mel - we have 3 short term rentals in LA County at the moment.  Short term regulations are becoming more and more restrictive here so we are looking to purchase outside LA County and invest in Riverside, Ventura and/or San Diego county.

Purchased an existing short term rental fully furnished using equity from existing home here in Los Angeles. Place has been booked solid since purchase. Looking to purchase 2 additional properties within 20 minutes of each other.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

It was the ideal time for short term rentals to open back up coming out of 2020. Currently managing 2 short term rentals in Los Angeles. Laws here are being increasingly restrictive.

@William Stewart hi William I am looking for a contractor in Panama City to rehab a hurricane damaged SFR 3/2. You had mentioned you could refer a good contractor. Much appreciated if you still have a company or two in mind. Thank you
