Thanks for responding. I've heard of gap financing before but it's not something I currently offer. Seems risky on the surface but I agree there is a need for it.

We offer private funding for experienced real estate investors in the state of Florida.

Our capital is private and therefore we do not require credit scores or appraisals (in most situations). We offer both bridge, fix and flip, and ground up construction loans. We value a relationship over a transaction and many of our clients are referred to us from banks and mortgage companies. We don't mind complex scenarios, and we hope to partner with you on your next deal.


Residential Property 1-4 Units 

LTVs between 65%-75%

Cross Collateralize Properties

1–5-year terms (Interest Only)

Rates between 10% to 12%

Experience and a solid exit strategy
