I want to find meet up with local wholesalers and get something going. I'm currently learning everything about this part of real estate but networking would be a great for me to get started.

@Eric Moore Exactly, the one I'm interested in is a smaller group so I can network better with fellow investors opposed to a bigger group

Ned Carey I'm thinking of going as well, have you heard of Don Miller's inner circle REIA Club

I'm going to a local reia meeting but it's sort of a club that offers a monthly membership to help find deals and network with those in the inner circle. You should find a club to join instead of just going to meetings. One that has a low monthly fee.

@Lakshay G.I understand that wholesaling is done off market, but isn't it possible to wholesale with a license to get leads off market as well. I don't really want to get a license, I just want to generate a good amount of leads a month (2-4) and know for sure it will go that way as long as I do my proper marketing

Hey Aaron, I've been doing a lot of research and self education but I'm having the jitters of jumping out there. Not sure if I should get my RE license to generate more leads or do it on my own

I'm just getting started in wholesaling by self educating myself, but I really want to jump in the field ASAP
