@Curt Davis, sorry for my non-response to your generous offer. I've been so into reading the blogs on here I completely missed the 'inbox'!

Well, I've read the books, bought the courses, played with the numbers, watched the youtubes, read the blogs, tried on the shirt, attended the local REI lunch, & have finally landed on the BP site. Think it's finally time to actually INVEST?!

I'm the proud dad of three awesome daughters and an accountant for a group of home builders/developers. Interests are canoeing, fishing, cooking & distance running. Dream is to sail around the world & check on my properties in various ports of call along the way.

Plan is to start with single-family wholesale and buy & hold deals, then grow the portfolio to include multi-family. It's easy to see there's lots to learn, and this is the place to do it! I look forward to growing wealth with the BiggerPockets community!
