my sister and I just came into some money.  we want to begin real estate investing but my credit sucks and she isn't the most trustworthy person. what are some of the best strategies we can take to be successful while at the same time ensuring that I don't get burned by my sister?

Mybrother and I recently came into some money and wanted to begin investing in real estate. One of my initial concerns is that my brother is not as trustworthy as id like but he does have a lot of money, which is why i want to partner up wth him.  What should i beware of and how do i protect my investments?
