My goal is to form a company and use that company to purchase investment/rental properties. I am not ready at this very moment to purchase any property. I want to be ready to do so when the opportunity strikes. So I would like to form a LLC now. If that makes sense. Therefore I am looking for an attorney in the Warwick, RI area that has experience in Real Estate.

Hello, my name is Steven and I am seeking start a real estate holding company. While I have read the SBA site, BP articles and countless blogs, I know I need to seek an attorney to help me create my new company. I have no idea what the going price is for this service, I am only aware of the filing fees of the state. Can anyone recommend an attorney in the Warwick area? I'm am looking for someone who can walk me through the process at a reasonable price.
